Description

This immature Brandy is made from fermented California wine grapes of the Barbera, Sangiovese, and Pinot Grigio varieties. It was double distilled on an Alembic Charentais Cognac still.  It has a light sweetness with crisp grape notes. Enjoy it on the rocks or with a splash of your favorite wine.
