This is the newest addition to the Glenns Creek lineup of fantastic bourbons. The mash bill is 76% yellow corn, 19% oats, and 5% malted barley. The oats gives this bourbon a nice creamy, oily mouthfeel. Some people tell us that this might be the best bourbon we have made.
